Latest : Are Energy Companies Ripping Off Customers ?

Kwasi Kwarteng, the UK business secretary, said the energy companies had 3 weeks to reply to allegations of “completely unacceptable behaviour” amongst claims they are ripping off customers by inflating direct debits to ease cashflow problems.

What do you think, would the energy companies would do this ?

Here at energy claims for business, we suspect that it’s not just residential customers that this is happening to, but commercial energy customers too.

With the sheer amount of mis sold energy claims coming through, we wouldn’t be surprised to be perfectly honest.

We’ve also seen anecdotal evidence that when suppliers went bust, that the credit that was on the account wasn’t entirely passed over to the new supplier.

It’s a confusing time for energy customers for sure, and we’ve even seen evidence of multiple invoices along with multiple credits onto a domestic users account, no doubt to confuse them into what the actual bill was. That company then went under, like so many before it over the last 2 years.

What we DO know FOR SURE, is that if you use a Business Broker for Energy, then there’s a very good chance you may be due some compensation.

The best bit, is that it only takes 3 minutes to find out if you have a claim or not.
